Well as I've said before...."best" or "which is better" is really up to you, not us. The markers you listed are pretty similar in a lot of ways. They're all mechanical. They're all relatively low cost.
Of the markers you've listed, I'd say either the sonix or sonix pro only because they have an expansion chamber. An expansion chamber allows CO2 to have time to change from a liquid into a gas. This is great particularly if you're pulling the trigger fast.
As far as tournaments go.....these aren't exactly tournament markers. In fact, unless you're playing a special "stacked tube blowback" tournament, I would consider something slightly different. Let me be clear by saying that these are all fine markers and if you're just starting out, any of these will do you well until you get into playing a little more. If you have your heart set on tournament play, there are other markers that might do you a little better.
Right now prices are dropping drastically. Really decent electro markers are pretty cheap.
Most tournaments allow electro markers. However there is almost always a cap on balls per second. This shouldn't be an issue unless you plan on intentionally cheating.
