How did you or someone you know quit smoking?
I smoked for years. And it is by far the thing the hardest I've ever tried to do. I'm in a wheelchair, MS, so I'm not as active as I used to be. Years ago, before MS got worse, I worked during the day and many times, so I stayed busy, I do not smoke as much. But if I talk on the phone or sitting at the computer I'm sitting there with smoke, sometimes one after another. And I do not even not realizing it until the pack is empty, or sometimes I cetch halfway through another cigarette. Especially if I talk to someone, I do not even remember to turn it on, I reduced them for a while, then it seems to me to start smoking more. I know that when you leave, you will having withdrawals, my problem is, what it takes to overcome them. I tried the gum and candy. I end up eating candy and smoking a cigarette. My father quit using years and gum candies. BUT, it is a nervous wreck all the time. He said he is always tempted to smoke. I do not want to be like this is
I'm sorry about MS, but why the fuck do you smoke so as *** (beep) have the courage to stand up for your health, then if you care about your health, you should be able to leave ...... Now I'm not saying just because I wanted her ..... because I smoked too ONE cig packs per day 25. daily for 2 years I knw it's not too much, but u will not believe what encouraged me to leave these fu * in cig ......... one my friend died in front of me coughing, begging for ambulances, blood spitting, crying in pain terible, and loads of other things ..... I went to his house because I heard that he has lung cancer ...... and you knw the pictures or writing on the top of the IGC. Pack is not just to show that they are real shit ...... I was talking to my friend on the hospital bed and he said do not touch buddy ever fuking thing again and promise me one who wants to stop the help soo it wont die from cig. and HE WONT die in pain, SE wont die crying he wont die ................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ........................ After that I never hit that sh * t again and I finally did it ......... I know it's not that easy and it takes time, but for you ........ you have to do, no matter what ...... when I left gave me soo much headache and cough, even ...... I spit blood when I coughed ...... its soo hard, but you must leave ............... ............ I pray for you to get better and enjoy laughing ......... soo buddy quit smoking. and packs ..... cuz its time for you to hit healthy snacks ......... and queer the MAX ............................................. ............... yo get better ......
