Are there any types of new treatments for paralysis of vocal cords? 15 years ago, I lost my voice from a medical ventilation tube being stuck in front surgery.I had an implant put in a few years to improve my breathing after surgery. I had speech therapy to strengthen my voice. It is just above a whisper. I can not speak in loud places. I just want whether there are any new treatments that can help me.
It is a medical issue that you should consult an ENT otherwise known as an ENT (ear, nose, throat specialist). Just because there is a new treatment out there, it may or may not be appropriate for your situation, and even the best doctors could not possiblily recommend a treatment plan unless they really had a chance to review and consider your background. I'm so sorry for your situation.
