Wheelchair Ramps
Monday, July 11th, 2011Isn't insisting that small businesses have wheelchair ramps just encouraging the disabled to go out in public?
I feel that it is unfair to small business owners and the normal people who buy products from these businesses.
Yes, that does encourage them. That is the idea, and rightfully so.
