Other white canes, then, are there other colors that are important? (Referring to the medical device)?

I saw a lady the other day who was sitting, and she had this incredibly long, blue aluminum cane. From what I could tell she was not abnormally high, I do think it could have been on the small side. I know that white canes or canes Hoover, are used by people with visual impairments. Is there a meaning to a blue rod?

None that I know of or can find, as for service a cane blue. Therefore, it should be strictly a fashion statement. L8R
