Knee Crutch
How can I cure my knee has cartilage damage, and what activities or actions should i aviod to heal quickly?
I 'm in 9th grade and I had my share of problems with my knees, but this year i got hurt and I have cartilage damage in left side of my knee. Im on crutches and knee brace for about 6 weeks. I heard that cartilage injuries do not heal very Well, I want to know a good way to heal my knee as best as possible. So I have things to avoid. Please respond. thank you.
Do you have injured cartilage or a cartilage tear. If it is torn, you may need surgery. If damaged, there are some things you can do to help it heal. Stay away from IT and ice as much as possible. You can also take supplements that help the cartilage. Take glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin. You can find them at Wal-Mart in one pill. Also taking a tablespoon liver oil emulsified cod can help lubricate your knee as well. I tore my ACL and my cartilage and I take these daily to help my knee heal.
