Is it Illegal to pretend to be handicap or pretend to be a veteran & stroll around in public in a wheelchair?
I spit in the face of a guy in a wheelchair that had bumper stickers on his wheelchair that said "paralyzed veterand of america" and "iraq war veteran"
First I called him a war criminal, and spit in his face.
He got up and twisted me upside down and slammed me into the cement. I awoken in a hospital.
Luckily My arm broke my head from smashing into the concreate.
The coward that beat me, is out on bail.
I was wondering, He wasnt really handicap and shouldnt have been in a wheelchair, can i add charges for this? Can I sue the military if he is a veteran?
Since he faked being handicapp, if he faked being an iraq war vet, can i add charges for imperinating a veteran? How can I find out if he is really a veteran or not? Who is reponsible for my medial bills and loss of work.
My body is okay, except my back. I have to lay on the floor on my back, to help it./ My back hurts all day.
We all know you're a troll. You don't have the guts to do something like that in real life.
Even if this really happened (which it didn't), he could claim self defense. In most areas, spitting on someone is considered assault. Inpersonating a handicapped person could be illegal in some situations, such as using it to obtain benefits you normally wouldn't be entitled to.
