What are the best recommended insoles to eliminate foot, leg and knee pain?
I would like to buy insoles for my shoes which I work, I work 30 hours a week and is by far the largest share of the time I'm on my feet and moving around trucks. What would you recommend insoles to go to eliminate this pain as effectively as possible. thanks
Someone needs to look at your habits standing and see what happens with your feet, knees, hips when you stand and when you move things. You can try a podiatrist. Or call around (be sure to first call) and find a PT with a specialty in feet or orthotics, and obtain a referral from your MD for a therapist. Not all PT "to" feet other than the general treatment. I found a PT who works in Atlanta for a podiatrist who was very knowledgeable not only on the soles, but the shoes to recommend.
