What is a bed in a bag?

I don't understand? like does it come with supports or something? When I go to buy one it just asks me what color I wasnt to bed comforter to be. it says it comes with shams. whats a sham?

shams are the fancy pillow cases that you put on the top of the comforter-you don't sleep on them-they are for looks
